The endcaps have slots the lamp pin slide into. Once the lamp is in give it a quarter turn to lock it in place.

You might have to turn the center part of the endcap with a screwdriver to line it up wth the slot

But when they are in they are not turning.

Make sure the lamp is all the way in, they arnt easy to turn but you dont have t Godzilla it either

Hows the best way to turn them,on the end of the bulbs or on the middle of it?

At the ends. Is this a Tek fixture?

I have the pins lined in with the slots but the bulbs just dont seem to turn, i am scared that if i turn them to hard they will break.

As you turn the lamp the pins push against some flate springs which is what makes the electrical contact, they can be a little hard to turn but as long as it doesn't feel like it is stuck against something you should be good to turn it.

Dont know what that means,lol. They are white with green coverings.

Those are the ones. Just hold the lamp at the ends and spin it. The green centrs will rotate with the lamp

I can not turn them for the life of me, there is nothing to grab hold of.

Can you spin the centers with th lamp out of it?

Yep.

Then put the lamp in and womp on it. You could put a pair of needle nos pliers on the metal lamp cap to hlp twist, just be careful and use your othr hand to help twist on the other end of the lamp.

I hope that he unplugged the fixture first , before sticking screwdrivers and needle nose pliers into it.. or maybe that is why there hasn't been a follow up post by him ?
