If you have live rock already, don't add a fish! Your tank is in the middle of it's cycle. If you are going to cycle with fish (although please don't!), you should only put it in at the begining. That way the fish becomes used to the fluctuations in water quality, as opposed to putting him in a tank filled with nitrates. You drastically reduce it's chance of survival, not to mention make it suffer even worse! Also, keep in mind that it's not recommended to add an anenome to such a new tank...give it about a year.
