What bulb combo would you use on a 10x39w fixture for good growth and colour

10 by 39? over what size tank? (LxWxH?)

10 bulbs will really light up anything, you can do any combo that is suitable to your eye.

From my experience, you are sort of sacrificing one for the other. Everyone sort of finds the fine the line between the two. There are tons of threads on here about it.

For a 10 bulb:

5x Blueplus
3x Coral Plus
2x Actinic

That would be a nice balanced spectrum with plenty of colour "pop". Replace 1 of the coral plus for an Aquablue special (12K tube) if you prefer a slightly brighter/whiter look.
