I would love to add one to my 180 gallon tank. Currently have a Atlantic Blue (6"), Purple (3") and Kole (2.5"). The only aggressive one is the Atlantic but he only bothers my Two Barred Rabbitfish.
Being that the Atlantic is the established one the closer the powder blue is in size with the Atlantic the more issue with aggression you will have. You will also have a hard time finding a powder blue over 6". If the PBT is small then it will go mostly unnoticed by the Atlantic. Also the smaller the PBT, the easier it will be for the tang to take refuge in the rock work if its being harassed.
If you do add one, make sure to separate your tank about 2/3 to 1/3 so the PB can acclimate without getting its butt kicked. I have done this with egg crate and it worked very well.

I had no trouble adding a small powder blue to a 250g tank that already had a vlamingi (12 inches), hippo (10 inches), yellow, kole, sailfin, and tomini. An isoloation/acclimation tank works wonders.
