Taking down my infinity setup...

Last shot of my tank before I give away my coral and take everything down.
(Love that iphone quality)

Still love the hobby and may convert the cube for freshwater duty, but the time has come to gather up everything taking my extra time and put my priorities up to the plate.

I plan on seeking internships in the coming year and hopefully will get to live abroad so unfortunately I won't have time to dabble in this attentive hobby.

This concept isn't entirely original as I was inspired by Zero Edge aquariums, nevertheless I hope you guys enjoy this fun little idea I put together.

The idea is to maintain one system, while enjoying predatory fish + reef. I wanted to get a Fu-man Chu Lion for the cube, but never got around to it.
(As you can see, even the crappy photo reveals there has been more talking than maintaining.)

Tankception:
50g cadlights with overflow removed and sealed sitting inside
AA frag tank
Below the tank are 2x 30g sumps housing, skimmer, fuge, and mantis.

Concept is simple: Two returns: one sent to the frag tank, the other sends water to the cube which overflows into the frag tank.

Cheers

Sure... My lazy friends have to swing by and get what they want and then I will list what I have.

Just wanted to say that though the setup was a treat and everyone loved the concept, the actual maintenance and setup (water flow) needs to be addressed a lot better. If I were to redesign this concept I think using a closed loop would have tackled the hard to reach areas as well as keep the look of the tank from being plagued by all the powerheads.
