talipia and a Bubble tip Anemone

Would a BTA eat Talipia or would it hurt the BTA?

It would likely eat it. It wouldn't hurt the BTA. Tilapia is a freshwater cichlid and generally experts recommend feeding saltwater species to anemones.

I'm sure it would be fine...although it's probably not among the most nutritious things. Not BAD, just not GOOD.

If you do feed it to the anemone, do make sure you cut it into small pieces. BTA's are more likely to spit out large meals than small ones, thus less stress.

I did feed a small piece of raw Talipia and no issues. Not something that I will be continuing though.

It's Tilapia, with an "i." And I've heard of people feeding their anemones with it regularly. Again, it's okay, it just might be lower in fatty acids compared with a fish from marine origins.
