It would likely eat it. It wouldn't hurt the BTA. Tilapia is a freshwater cichlid and generally experts recommend feeding saltwater species to anemones.
If you do feed it to the anemone, do make sure you cut it into small pieces. BTA's are more likely to spit out large meals than small ones, thus less stress.
It's Tilapia, with an "i." And I've heard of people feeding their anemones with it regularly. Again, it's okay, it just might be lower in fatty acids compared with a fish from marine origins.
