Anyone who is considering getting live rock from Richard at TBS should look no further. The customer care we've received has been so far above what we expected. Shipments were very well packaged. Richard answered all of our questions in a professional, timely, and friendly manner. Our experience has been so positive that we are telling everyone about TBS and the awesome Package. Our beautiful tank and its inhabitants speaks volumes about the wonderful generosity of Richard. He gave us so many extras that at one point I was wondering where I was going to put everything.
