tang id please

i bought this tang the other day and was wondering what the name of it was.

Judging by the tail it could be a Blochii Surgeonfish, AKA Ringtail surgeonfish. They get quite large, 18" according to blue zoo aquatics.

It's not smart to buy a fish when your not even sure of the I.D, how do you know what the basic requirements of the fish are? Feeding? Size? Etc.. I'm not trying to be offensive here, just thinking of the welfare of the fish. It's a ringtail tang by the way, they get very big, over 18", way to big for a 125, much like the vlamingi.
 
yes i know the requirements for tangs i have a 125g long tank with a big skimmer and the fish store said it was a dr. fish
 
Without means to cause offense, all Tangs have different requirements, and a 125 is way to small for a hippo, vlamingi or a ringtail.
 
Doctor fish or surgonfish is just a generic term used for all tangs, by no means describes individual species. Agreed 125g way to small for that particular tang.
