This could just be the picture, but I do not think that it is an acanthurus, as there is no white spot at the base of the tail.

There is NO WAY that is an Acanthurus Tang...it is a Bristletooth Tang hands down.
Some sort of Ctenochaetus specie. It's the mouth that makes him not an Atlantic Blue and not any other Acanthurus. Look up a pic of a Tomini Tang or a Yellow Eyed Kole Tang...this fish could be it's cousin.![]()
