Tang tank sizing

Now I now the standards for tangs but those are talored around "standard" tanks. I have an 18x18x96 140 gallon. Same length as many 180+, so curious if it would be alright to get some larger tangs or it would be bad regardless.

Some of the large tangs approach or exceed 1' in length. How could they manage to turn around in a 18" deep tank that had any rock in it?

+1. In general, tank width needs to be more than twice the length of an adult fish for it to be able to turn around.
