Tangs

I like a kole tang, but as others have said, tank size is key. Smaller than 75 gallon and I would avoid any of them.
 
I would go with the yellow eye kole, they do excellent work and IMO they are attractive
 
I had a powder blue when I first got into it and it was doing great and awesome looking, then out of the blue, no pun intended, it just died no signs of any illness. So I am looking for something a tang that might be a little more hardy
 
for that size tank I'd look at any of the Ctenochaetus genus (such as the Kole tang), zebrasoma (I like a sailfin, but they're probably a bit large for a 120), or possibly a mimic tang (acanthurus pyroferus).
