No offense, but this forum used to be a resource for useful information.
Generally the moderators are a little more tolerant to this happening in the club forums, but I'd bet that a search of the last 6 month's threads on this forum would predominantly consist of "F.S.". What's with that???
Im not really seeing any usefully resourcefull threads get pushed to the bottom by FS threads. There have been a handfull of what I would consider good resources, but they do stick around for a while if they are helpfull or interesting, but inevitably they subside as well cuz theres only so many things that can be discussed untill were beating a dead horse.
Me? I always like to see whats for sale, but can relate to the frustration when that is the only thing getting posted.
But at the same time honestly, there arent a whole lot of people sparking up discussions here. No one has anything interesting to say? Either people are inhibited because they feel there going to get flamed by us, or there shy or something.
I'm probably pretty pathetic as Im on here daily, sometimes bi-hourly, and Ill on a daily basis see at least 30 people, but amazed how no one says anything, Ive told you guys before, sometimes I get so tempted just start a thread saying" Hey fellow members whatsup??!I see you!!
" Just to get a reaction and cuz Im a friendly guy.
If we were all participating in discussions, and joe-schmoe kept pushing the threads down for trivial sale items, that would be one thing. But Im just not seeing that happen
Maybe this should be a rule like what Jake did for NVR and see how it goes? Whatever it takes to promote some discussions in here I will always be down for!Especially seeing how most of us came here to learn about and talk shop. So let's talk!!
