Montipora colony and sure the blenny is fs but it will be hard as hell to get him out right now

And yes it grows onto the rock, its skeleton is made of the same stuff so if it dies it's still part of that rock.

This coral is in a fairly small chunk of rock, the coral it's self is the same size round perhaps a bit bigger. 40$ if that works for you
