Well just what you get sometimes for trying to help someone out.

In trying to help a couple of my sons college buddies who wanted a reef tank I had told them about JoeyCadres. Great deal, they wanted it but could not drive to Jackson when he was available, so I "volunteered to help out". So I drive to Jackson and pick it up for them this morning on my "lunch break".

Drive over and as we are about to unload the tank there landlord drives up and has a "fit" that there lease specifically says "no aquariums" so guess what, it is still sitting in my truck.

This is a drilled tank and stand approx 80 gallons plus, with an oak veneer stand, completly drilled and ready, a really great set up for someone to start a good reef tank. It does not have pumps or lights. Call me today and I will deliver and help unload for my costs on this lets say $100.00 total. "can't beat that deal!!

Or I will take it home and clean it up some and post it on "Craigs list" but it sure want be that cheap if I have to go to that trouble.

I would keep it myself but it just will not fit in any space that I could put it. PM me and I will send my phone number.

man, that sucks.

i feel very bad now but i don't know what i can do.

it's just ridiculous, a no aquarium policy in the lease? what the hell?

That is OK everything always turns out for the best in the long run. They probably didn,t really need it anyway, This probably saved some corals and fish from dying needlessly!!! from "beer dosing" If you know what I mean. And it looks like it has been spoken for!!

I can understand the policy, started to say to the gentleman "You must be a previous reefkeeper yourself" but he did not seem in the mood for a laugh!!

Was a nice day for a drive anyway, traffic was blocked on 40 coming back so I swung back through Sommerville and up 64.
Was nice to meet you and your dad as well.

Need to let everyone know you still have a Light fixture for sale also!!

Tank has been sold "back to its original owner" ahh the circle of life or of Reef Aquariums!!

They must continue to live on!!

do what? who bought it? andy? does the original owner need a light set up for it? i have a sweet one very cheap.
