Tank photography

Anybody here into photography? Cause I can't take a full tank shot that's worth a crap of my tank to save my life. I use to be able to, but I just can't do it anymore, I don't know what changed.

I've tried setting my white balance manually using the lid of some BRS kalk, but everything looks green.
I've tried using some of the auto white balance settings, and everything is really blue, especially the sand.

Any tips? Thoughts?

Yah I have the same issue with the over blue

What kind of camera do you have. You need to shoot in something like a raw format and adjust in your computer. You will never get the right balance otherwise. Let me know if you need help.

I have a Canon 10D, which is an older DSLR body, but I should still be able to pull a decent shot out of it.

I shoot in RAW format, maybe I need to bite the bullet and buy something like Lightroom tweak thing after the fact. I can get pretty good shots of corals, but a good FTS has been hard to come by lately...

Have you tried adjusting the white balance, saturation , vibrance etc . lots of free raw editing programs. With raw you can adjust all those and more, easily after the fact.

I have the same problem. There is no color in my pictures and it looks nothing like my tank. I don't like to use flash and my Canon does not let you shoot in RAW.
This picture lacks detail and color.
