Tank raised saddlebacks

nomorenames

I posted another thread about wanting some saddlebacks I found
some they are tank raised my question is will they ever host a nem.... ok I take that back has anyone had some that host a nem also(from what I read) to pair them I have to find 1 slightly larger than the other.. how much larger should they be they are all in a tank together at a LFS

They will definitely take to clown hosting anemones. These clowns get pretty big at a little over five inches. It is a myth that tank raised clownfish don't take to anemones.

Each species of clownfish tends to have preference in which species they will take to, as only certain anemones tend to be common in their natural ranges. It doesn't mean they won't accept alternatives. Sometimes it just takes them time to accept an anemone.

When you try to pair two clownfish, try to get one fish as large as you can, and then get the smallest you can (usually 1 inch or less).
