Tank ready to overflow

I have a 90 gal RR tank with 40 gal sump I have been running this setup for a couple of years the water level in tank is getting higher and the sump level is getting lower what would cause this my pump is running good and there are no clogs anywhere in any pipe

With no verified clogs I'm guessing it must be the pump.

If your slots on the overflow box are clogged with algae it can cause this.
Something is preventing proper drainage somewhere.

Is the tank starting to lean away from the wall? I've seen several tanks that began to settle into the floor over time, and the first indicator was very gradual water gain in the display.
