Those pics don't quite do it justice. Really sweet tank in person. :D

Hope the LM3 is working out well. ;)

Really like how your stag is blossoming right now. Very noticeable growth too really looks great Tim

Tim,

Stunning, as usual. A little off topic, but what's your take on anthias? Looks like you have lyretails. I just picked up a group for the first time ever, and I love them.

that magnificant foxface was pretty and all, but he didn't eat my valonia. however, the fox i got in there now keeps the tank clear of it.

i had another compressus cardinal and they actually mated up a few times (mouth brooders) but one of them just died a couple weeks ago out of the blue :(. it was a blessing in disguise because when they were paired, they were extremely aggressive and territorial :mad2:.

thanks karl :). lyre's are really hit'n'miss around here. i've gone thru at least 10 of them and finally think i've got 4 solid ones. the ones i've got are on the larger size and i think that helps with their feeding and boldness. its a trip, these ones will sometimes stick their faces out of the water when its feeding time! :D

I'll keep my fingers crossed. Here's a daylight-only shot of the group:

I haven't decided yet, but I'm considering adding one or two more females.

Ah. Cool that you got them to spawn! I have a group of 5 in a 125. They don't seem very aggressive at all just yet, but we shall see. :D

I love the schooling effect. I vote two more...if votes count for anything.
By the way, thanks for the frags. They are doing quite well.

I personally love em myself.....but when you can only have a few fish in an SPS tank....a harem of anthias is a big chunk of that bioload.......plus you have to feed them constantly.....I recently upped my phyto and feedings up to daily from every other have have seen good results......so maybe they would be more helpful to feed less....more often.

I'm new to this site and have been admiring all of the gorgeous tanks. I figure I can't swim with the big fish, but here's my 8 gallons of joy...my little 8 gal Bio Cube :)
