Tank Transfer

Alright so I'm in the mist of transferring tanks while I upgrade from my 29 gallon reef to my new 125gallon with sump, its just after the cycle and I'm slowly adding the corals and fish and CUC over now,

Tests are tonight
amm-0ppm
nitrites-0ppm
nirtates-0ppm
Phosphates-0.05
Mag-1295ish
Alk-8
Cal 360

How long till its safe to add the bubble tip over i don't mind waiting cause i have to leave the tank running for a bit due to the mandarin i have in the 30 gallon will need pods to grow in the new 125 but what are your guys thoughts

I would just wait and transfer the anemone when you transfer the mandarin, since there is no rush.
