I personally think they look tacky. I don't know exactly what they do to tattoo a fish but I wouldn't want one. Aquatic Critter had some that they said was sent to them accidentally and they had signs that they didn't agree with the practice.

The asians have been injecting dyes into fish for years. They also inject corals as well. This is common practice over there. How do you think they get some wild colored koi??? They make them that way!
