Temp help

My display temp used to read 78 deg F and now it's reading 19.3. I've tried two different temp probes. What's going on? I've now set the heater to manual and am using the analog controller on it until I get this resolved.

That usually indicates a bad probe. But since you have already tried two different ones, I would suspect the base unit. Or perhaps the calibration data got corrupted. I would contact Neptune: support@neptunesys.com

I had the same issue. I called Neptune and they helped me reset my software and that fixed the issue.
