Temporary tank?

I want to move my fish to a 10 gallon tank temporary.

Do I need a filter?

Or a pump and heater efficient as long as I clean the water every 4 days or so?

My plan is to remove sand and replace it with newer sand. I bleached all my rock and going to get a small live rock from my LFS.

How long will I experience a cycle?

Thanks

What kind of fish and how many?

I would use the sand from the current tank in the holding tank as is. If necessary you can wash it with saltwater, either freshly made or, better actually, from the old tank.
If possible you should also put a skimmer on the holding tank, not so much for getting waste out of the water but rather for getting plenty of oxygen into the water.
With a skimmer for oxygen supply you can also use algae to take up ammonia.

Personally, I don't want to reuse the sand. I had a major algae issue and not sure if it was even algae.

I have Fuzzy Lion; Maroon Clown and Flame angel

So essentially a QT of sorts. I would suggest at least a 20g tank for those three, and even then you'll find that ammonia will build up quickly. I would guess that water changes of 30% or more daily will be needed to prevent the ammonia levels from becoming toxic. I would also be liberal with my use of Prime or another ammonia neutralizer.

You will need, at the minimum, a heater and someway to oxygenate the water. A powerhead pointed up towards the surface will do the trick for you there. A skimmer will help as well, but really isn't needed unless you happen to have one that will work for you already.
