"tennis ball" favia

I just wanted to show this off! It's been in my wife's tank at work for the last 2-3 years, since it was a little frag. She changed jobs, so now it's in MY tank! (although I call it "her" tank when she's around)

It never wanted to encrust onto anything. It wants to be a sphere. I've seen stuff like it in the wild, but never in an aquarium:

I have two different color acans that I put directly on the sand to hopefully grow in a ball shape like that. If it doesn't work out seems like I will have to get a favia. Darn what a shame that would be lol
