Tentacles coming off

I just bought a Sebae anemone about 3 weeks ago and it hasn't found a spot that it likes yet. The other night it got stuck in between two rocks in my aquascape and when I got it out some of its tentacles fell off and it was really shriveled up. Its been 2 days since I got it out and it still isn't as big as it was when I bought it. It looks a bit unhealthy too. Is it a health problem when your anemones tentacles are falling off or is it just becuase it was smashed a bit. Any other comments about my situation to help it out would be helpful too

It could have been a healthy problem and it was smashed. What kind of lighting are you running and how old is your tank?

2 175w MH tank is 2 years old

No sorry I don't but I don't think it will make it, its mouth is gaping very bad about one inch in diameter and it is not eating anything. Sometimes the clownfish will pull its food away from it but they never use to, now i have to guard it to allow for the nem to have a chance to eat.
