Aquachic, I picked this guy up at one of the local stores. I believe it came directly from austrailia before that.

I haven't really started fragging it yet. I've taken a couple pieces off for trades, and I have a buddy picking one up later this week.
Other than that, I'm still trying to leave the main body as much in tact as possible until it gets used to being in captivity.
If I end up making frags, I will eventually post them in the trade or sale forum.

I made a couple frags last night. Only a couple eyes each in order to keep from not doing to much damage to the main colony.
Does anyone do anything special, like dip the frags, once they have been made, and before you glue them to the frag plug?

I always dip mine in TMPC or Lugols just to help with healing and to protect against anykind of bacterial infections

I'll got some lugols here, so I'll give it a shot. So far the frags look to be doing well.

Currently all the frags I have made are pending in trades. I'll probably make another round of frags in a couple of months.

I haven't really finalized a name yet. I do like "Texas Size Mummy Eye", but "Drew's Green Field Chalice" is also good, as well as many of the other names that have been thrown out there. Maybe I'll start a pole.
