I drove down to Premium Aquatics from Chicago on Saturday. I got a little lost and forgot about the hour change and, needless to say, I arrived a good 30 minutes after they had closed up shop for the day. (The worst part was that I had dragged my girlfriend and good friend down there with me in a rental car, since I don't have wheels of my own).
There was still an employee there and he was nice enough to let me go through their rock for a good 30 minutes and pick out some stuff for my new tank. It was increadibly nice of him and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be a repeat customer.
