Shedd Aquarium, Chicago

Went to Shed Aquarium in Chicago with my wife yesterday. Really impressed with the reef area. There were a lot of displays with different fish. What I loved was seeing the fish I already have and plan to add to my tank in large size. I had no idea royal grammas, banggai and pajama cardinals could get that big! Might get season tickets

It’s fascinating to see the adult sizes of our fish, almost like a “how long did that take for them to get that big”

Shedd is a great place! I haven't been in more than 30 years, but I remember how cool the architecture is, almost like walking into a Jules Verne story. The amphitheater overlooking Lake Michigan is truly awesome.
