This is what Customer Service is all about!! I have a Gieseman light that was purchased from Roger almost 7 years ago. After 7 years of perfect performance, the light quit working. I emailed Roger and he asked one of his employees "Rodney Covey" to work on the light for me. Rodney drove 4 hours on a Saturday to meet me and pick up the light. He then repaired it and the quality of workmanship was amazing
