Just wanted to say thanks to you and Tunze. About 18 months ago I got my first Tunze product 9010 Skimmer. When i got it there was a faulty part I called Roger he happily assisted me and he got the part here fast.
Just this Week I bought a Osmolator and a 9002 skimmer. Since my first dealings with Tunze I knew it was a First Class Operation. Customer service goes along way and that is rare anymore.
