I just want to thank you for the great service I receive everytime I purchase from Marine Depot.

This Tuesday night I placed a book and supply order. I choose to have the order shipped regular ground shipping (to Northern California). Wednesday morning I received e-mail confirmation that the order was on it way. One item, the recently released Volume Three of Sprung and Delbeek's The Reef Aquarium was on backorder. I called to see when the volume would be available and was told 500 were due in and it may ship later in the week.

Well this evening I received the intially shipped items. This was early, UPS estimated that the deleivery would happen on the 27th. I had barely unpacked the box when there was a knock at my door. Guess what? The backordered Volume Three had arrived!

I now judge your shipping to other on-line (non-aquarium) orders shipping. I have yet to find a company that ships faster! You are now my benchmark that I judge all others.

Thank you for great service, rapid shipping and outstanding products. Keep up the good work.
