I just wanted to say thank you to those of you who have offered me help and assistance. I appreciate the warm welcome that I got coming here. I am hoping that with everyones help here and a little (okay maybe alot) more money down the road I can make this whole thing flourish and bautiful. Thank you all again.

Welcome to RC and STRS. There is a wealth of information here on any subject or problem you would ever come across. There are many here to steer you in the right direction. LFS’s in the area are backward thinkers for the most part and caught up in the old ways of keeping fish and have no idea what it takes to keep a reef. So you will inevitably get most of your usable information and knowledge here from reefers here in the area. We all have different skill levels here but most can help with the basic and common questions and the less skilled will usually pass on more complex issues and leave them to the veterans. A little tip, if you post a problem do not jump and do something on one persons suggestion or comment. Give people time to answer. This may take an hour or maybe even a day. I will not name drop (nwrogers, drbronx, fatrip, Piazzon12) as I’m sure you will be able to figure out who knows what in no time. Welcome and if ever in need for an answer there are many on here to help you. There are some of the best reefers around in this area. If you are ever in my neck of the woods I can set you up with some corals or LR as well.
There is also a frag swap In Syracuse this Sunday where there will be many great minds in one place.
