Sent in my pump last week for service. Yesterday I got my pump back and it was in excellent condition. I have heard of Tunze excellent Customer Service but now I have personally experienced it. Thanks again Roger.

Completely agree. My experiences with Tunze customer service have been everything I had heard and better.

If anyone from Tunze headquarters is reading... take good care of Roger and don't let him get away, he's an invaluable asset to those of us here in the US!
