Thanks for the coral G! I think it has much potential. the yellow tang def enjoyed the bit of algae that was on it:)

wow you actually put that in your tank :)

Its a survivor turbinaria. Was a nice frag but lost for a month under a zoa rock. Began to come back. That kind of frag would be nice to see as a huge colony and I when that happens I would like a frag of it back :)

G lol of course i put it in my tank. the polyps glow crazy under my overly blue lighting. :)

I very much hope it grows into a nice looking colony. I will definitely return a frag to you as well.

you can feed it, why not.

Will it eat mysis? or should i use something smaller like coral frenzy?

Oh and here is a better pic of the brain. This time, i am home so i can actually monitor it to see if this one morphs.

Thanks for everything G,

If you are already feeding the tank you can target the frag. I never really wasted the time on it. I think cyclops would be a good choice for the turbinaria size polyps. Mysis would be a better food for the brain

That thing is gorgeous Dan!

Thanks Mel!

As nice as it may look, im DEF more fascinated by the small frag of yellow turbinaria. Once it colors up and grows out should be real nice! I don't come across many yellow LPS (or is it an SPS), so it should be a sweet change of pace. I hope it will grow fast and look like this pic in no time;

*not my pic

(and i hope the brain doesnt outgrow my tank lol)

Can you find the turbinaria? Should grow in nicely where i placed it :)
