I was heading in to Indy for a doc appt on Fri and I had FINALLY convinced my hubby that I HAD to have a refractometer. What do you know, but they were listed out of stock. BAH!
So I called to see when they would be in, and instead of just assuming they were out, whoever answered the phone went and checked and there were three on the shelf. And then when my husband wanted one on hold because he didn't want to drive from Methodist to Pendleton Pike for nothing, they were great about it.
I just wanted to say...thanks for taking the TIME.
