Thanks Jeremy for 25# of Great MI Rock!

I received 25# of great looking MI rock on 10/18. At first I was having a difficult time aquascaping in my narrow 20 gal long but after 4-5 different arrangements I'm happy with the way it looks.

The rock is the uncured MI rock and arrived in great condition with maybe a handful of rubble. The rock had a clean ocean smell and so far I can not smell it in my living room. The rock is very porous with many nooks and crannies which naturally lends itself to a lot of spaces for fish and inverts to explore. So far I have only seen one worm approx 2 inches long but I'm sure more will appear over the next couple of weeks.

First test for Ammonia this morning after approx 18 hours in the tank indicated 0.5 ppm.

At what point should I change any water during the cycle?

If I can get a hold of a digital camera, I'll post some pics.

Thanks again Jeremy!

Thanks again for you order, we greatly appreciate it, and most of all glad that you are happy with it!

I would try and maximize the amount of life you save on the rock during the cycling process. You can do this by keeping the ammonia to a minimum. I would not let the ammonia get too much higher if at all possible. You can change water, regularly, but don't do it too much as you will start to prolong the cycle.

If you have anymore questions please let us know.
