I'd just like to say thank you

I've been using your three part receipe over the last couple of weeks to get my calcium, alklinity and magnesium levels in line. Now, for really the first time in over five years my levels are just about spot-on :rollface:

Calcium 410 ppm
Alklinity ~ 9dkh
Magnessium 350 ppm
pH ~ 8.0 -8.2 swing

Now to wait a week with the limewater drip to see where the levels go so I can assertain how much of the three part mixture I'll need to supplement to keep it at these levels.

Magnessium 350 ppm is that supposed to be 1350ppm?

Those values do look dandy (assuming the mag is 1350).

Yeap, sorry Mg at 1350. I was so excited and typed it in wrong.

Now, how to get that calcium build up off all my pumps, heaters, ect.

How fast does it build up? Maybe the additive is getting to those areas before mixed in well?
