Just wanted to thank Roger for his customer service. Not only did he answer the phone the first time and listen to my issue, he sent out the part I needed right away. I've used Tunze products for a few years now because they simply work consistently very well and when the the rare occasion arises to deal with an issue Tunze USA takes care of their customers in a timely manner. Thanks again for the Tunze gear and service.

Thank you, but to be fair, it was just luck to get me on the phone the first try. I am the only one who answers the phone here and we just have the one line, but I promise if you leave a message, I do call back, the only exception being if the message is in audible, which sometimes happens with cell phones cutting out.

Roger took great care of us recently as well when our 3152 controller stopped working. Great customer service and great products!
