Had a 6105 go out last week, and sent Roger an email asking for suggestions. He gave me some advice, but I ended up sending it to him anyway! They emailed me last week that they would look for it and let me know when they get it! They emailed me this morning that they had got it and would check it out for me today and let me know what's wrong! They called me this afternoon and told me the problem, but since the item was out of warranty, they sold me a replacement part and other items I've been wanting at a nice discount! They were also able to mail it back to me today so I will have it by Friday! I want to say BIG thanks to the emails, phone calls and the discounts! You guys were truly professional and on top of everything!
