Just wanted to say thanks. Usually, I only shop locally for most of my supplies. However, when I can't get what I need locally, I order from your company. Each time the experience is the same. Communication, Prompt shipping, and great packaging are things that you consistently do very well!

This order went very well. UPS did a number on the shipping box though. After doing a quick check the two halide bulbs look fine. The Osmolator box was beat up pretty good, but it looks fine too. I will be testing the bulbs tomorrow morning and the osmolator tonight. I suspect there will be no suprises as your packaging took the beating
