By the way, the pool table was moved out! What a job! The top was one piece of slate. approximately 500-600 pounds! The base was one piece. The legs did come off though.

Here is a shot of them bringing the base up the steps from the basement:

your husband is rockin'. very cool. See, now I would have just sawed up the pool table and stacked it in a corner.

LOL I was ready to! They weren't sure if it would fit up the steps and There was no way it would go out the other basement door. I was ready to use it in the bon fire pit next summer! :D

We used the booster pump for the first time to really make some water. It made over 80 gallons in 18 hours. It normally would have taken 3-4 days. A good investment for sure!

yup. they work great. what pressure are you getting?

I have no idea, that's my husbands department. I'll ask him. :)

I only ask because I have been having problems lately with my RO/DI systems and I think it may be from over-pressurizing. I have fairly low pressure in the house and boost it too, but my shut off valves don't seem to work right and the booster pump ends up hammering the RO/DI. In normal operating mode I am getting about 60 psi at the membrane, but when the shut off doesn't work, the pressure pegs repeatedly until i shut the pump down. I think I may have damaged my membranes.

My husband said the pressure is supposed to shut off at 40 psi. We don't have a guage to test ours, but everything seems to be working ok. We also have a 40 gallon pressure tank hooked up to the system.

WE got some smoke colored acrylic to cover the overflow boxes. Not great pics but here is a before and after.

I put a few rocks in for the 2 tangs. I have cleaned the new rock and have it soaking right now. It will be added tomorrow.
Shot of actinic lighting. You really can't see how it looks but I love it!

I will be adding more fish in a few days. I want to add them all at once due to their aggression.
