I tried to call them today and got voice mail in every direction. I will try again tomorrow and let you guys know if I find out anything.

Do any of these controllers come with a humidistat to help control humidity/ventilation?
I could be wrong, but I thought I read that the profilux does or will have a humidity meter.
I am in deep poop right now delving into the possibilities of what I want this thing to do. Water changes are one of them. ;)
So far I love it. Great stuff here, But I am only at the beginning of what I understand, and what this thing can do. LOL
I am liking the variable fan speed and fans that are extra's.
That’s next on my list along with dimmable t-5.

Sorry about that triple post, I hit post and RC just crapped out and gave me the server database error message. I tried to get back on and same message again and again so I just gave up. Now I see this :(

I have not seen that mentioned but an email to GHL would confirm if it's true.

Well i do remember someone in the know mentioning a humidity probe, There could be a language gap, and he was talking about something else. I don't want to get any hopes up, Just stating what i seen.

Interesting, yet odd that it has not been mentioned boldly on their forums, I was also looking at the Dosing pump for 49 UK pounds. Really strange how they make a single pump and then offer some sort of build as you need expansion, I like the concept.

The LiterMeter III is essentially the same. It comes with one "internal" pump (although it is mounted on the side) and you can buy more external pumps as needed, including one specifically made for continous water changes.

I really like all the options with this controller and the software. The good thing is that GHL looks to be flexible and will conform to fit the customers needs. I would like to see it controll 4 tunze's independently on 4 channels instead of 2.
Also have a more 1/10's on it than the 2 that are currently on there. The selling point was controlling tunze's and the leds, and I eventually will get a ATI t- fixture for dimming purposes in the center.
Next big thing for me is the wireless card.
I am really happy with it so far.

Just did an update on the New myReef PC software for the Reef Keeper. From the specs and pictures this software seems to be really great, it has a lot more features than I ever expected and even better it allows Manual Logging and graphing of things like Ca, Alk, mg, Nitrate etc. and it also does scheduling

So people who don't even own an RK2 can use the software and keep records of there tank.

Hi RobbyG, you mentioned that the Reef Keeper keeps a log of Ca, Alk, mg, Nitrate levels. Is this a continuous reading of those levels? and if so, is the next step for these controllers to automatically dose your system with the necessary supplements to get the levels within a proper range?

PS I can't wait for the first FULLY AUTOMATED system. We are a few years away.
