The difference between DE and SE bulbs

Im replacing my 250w 14k bulbs, and I've seen folks speak of specifics when it comes to DE or SE bulbs.

I have no idea what these stand for , please help thanx

Can I get some opinions of better bulbs , in the SE 14k 250w area ?

I currently use Blueline ~ These are pretty friggin good

XM makes XM bulbs. I switched to reeflux 10k from XM 10k and def like them better.
