The dreaded Dottyback

I had read this a long time back but wanted to see what everyone thought. There are a variety of aussie dotty's that actively hunt mantis. Anyone had any exp. on the subject or know about the size they hunt? Wanted to know for fact as future ref. any input would be great. Thanks

huh, i didnt see that one coming lol. mind you some of them do have some pretty impressive dental works. If they do actively hunt mantids, i would assume they could only take down the smaller smashers.

Yeah it is the smaller mantids they hunt. Those pseudo's can be nasty ! But just trying to find out if anyone had read or seen this happen? I know it does just on what level and what species? Any input would be great.
