Hi everyone...
I just got off the phone with Jim from the Filter Guys and let me tell you that these guys have it right.
I spoke to him about a number of issues that I was having with my RO/DI unit and was able to get clarification on everything. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the water trade and his advice was NOT centered around selling me more, as a matter of fact he told me I didnt need to replace some of my cartidges based on what I told him.
Prices are great and they are in the midwest so we will have short turnover times from when you order.
I know there was another thread that mentioned this vendor, but after talking to Jim I am convinced that this is a great service oriented vendor.
Can we make sure that we add them to our vendor links at our website if they are not ther already?
anyhow....I'm off my soapbox, just thought all of you might like to know.
