The fish of my dreams

Can't say much for the eyes, but the head has a lot of meat and I don't mind picking at it until it's nothing but a skull.

My wife cooks the head of Buri (sp) not sure what the english name is. I really like it. Your fish was awsome Jeff. I wrapped it in foil with osaki-butter-Ms Dash-and a slice of lemon and threw it on the grill. Was better than beef.
 
You are probably right about the eyes...maybe. Hopefully next time I will have space in the freezer to keep a chunk for myself and not be in a hurry to get rid of it before it spoils. I have had a a few times before and nothing compares.
