The Frag Swap

Nate thanks for the offer man, since I spread that corals all over the bay area, one of those person is giving me a piece back so am good for now thanks.

Owen, cool, it was great to meat you too. I can't wait to get my hand on that giant dremel machine ...LOL

I'll bring a frag of my prized SPS, i don't know the name but it is a nice blue color. Also I am going to home depot and lowes before the meeting to get the last of my plumbing i hope for my tank. I have been taking pics along the way and when i get water in it i will update my build thread. I'm still workng on collecting equiptment for the lighing. I kinda just wanna throw a fixture on it to get started so i don't have to build a canopy too.

Steve if you are reading this we need to chat soon. I'll send you a PM....just been waiting for more funds to roll in.

Once the 180 tank is up I'll have a 50 bowfront for sale, really cheap.

should i bring some zoas or a nice (but small) frag of my pink monti cap? its FULLLLLY encrusted onto the frag plug and its doing amazing... just kinda small (~1")...
i could bring my one mario and luigi zoa frag -- ultra rare (wild caught and never seen another like it)

man now im all excited -- i need to leave work by 6! :)
stink old work it seems like you could put in 50+ hours one week, including time on sat and sun, and then when you need some time to do you... its all out of the question and they never remember when your early only when ur late... :(

Good feedback. Some seasoned aquarists can get a bit picky or even become hardcore collectors. In an attempt to satisfy this group maybe there should be a rule that if you bring a frag that is very hard to get and brings a price of over x amount of dollars that this coral will only be available to members who bring the same. If no one brings this type of coral you donate it to the club and the club holds an auction for it. It would be good if the coral was announced and posted here before the meeting for approval. Personally I don't really care what happens. I will always bring a coral when I come and if I don't like what I get I'll just donate it or give it to someone who does.
