The Green and Brown Toadstool

I purchased both of these a while ago and both appear to look the same, the only difference is the shape. One is round while the other is folded on the ends. The round one has longer polyps that are brown. The Folded one has short polyps. But neither is green to my eyes. I waited for a while now (over a month) to see if the green would come out of either one but they both are tan bodied. What eactly is supposed to be green with regards to the green toadstool you sell. Is it the body the polyps or both? The green dosn't seem to appear with actinic lighting either. Both are healthy and doing fine but I just was curious about the color as there is not even a hint of green pigment. Any ideas?
