The Iwagumi Reef

Absolutely amazing tank! A real inspiration

How do you keep that fine sand in place and still have enough flow for your SPS? I have a similar setup with two vortechs on the back. I replaced my find sand with some that was coarser because it kept pushing away from the front glass. Plus, I couldn't vacuum it.

Love the humilis/gem!

Thanks, you should try different heights and pump power to find the exact.

soooo cooooool bro....
Very well documented!

Love those lil fishes...its an amazing collection and very unique !

Great job....must be really cool to see those tiny guys interact and fleeting around.

Happy Reefing!!

One of the best reefs in Spain, and it´s not too old so, I followed this reef since the beginning, and it´s impressive how everything in perfectly planed. It´s been my inspiration for building mine, it´s a pleasure having yano as a helping hand, hes always there for hooking you up. I think reefing magazines need people like him, no words to explain all the knowlege he has. Thank you for doing what you do and specially for shareing it with us!!! See yaaaa!!!

Wow your fish shots are inspirational! You must have a lot of patience, a nice camera, and a lot of practice. All your fish look great and healthy. Beautiful reef

Moises thank you very much, you know that for me is a pleasure to help in any way I can to people starting in this and in your case I am sure that your tank will not last long in being the inspiration for many fans.

Absolutely stunning, yano!

May I ask how and what do you feed all these little gobies?

Thanks!
I feed once or twice daily with "Formula Two" pellets for bigger fishes, and "Formula One" flakes slightly crushed for gobies.
Only once a week I offer frozen brine shrimp or ciclops.

how are the Coryphopterus personatus working out? i was thinking of getting a few at some point

is a very interesting fish, no doubt spend considerable time suspended in the water column and is very entertaining to watch as the males establish their territory in small holes in the rock where they try to attract females to spawn.
