i had to set up a zoo only tank since my 180g went full zeo and i cant keep a soft coral of any kind...even mushrooms die in there...

but of course...a zoo only tank never stays a zoo only tank...other types of corals do start to creep in...

the lighting is from pic 1 to pic 4 is 20k, 10k, 20k, 10k...though it is only two separate light fixtures...

it is metal halide. i think the 10k is ushio and the 20k is ab. both lights are only about 6 inches from the tank surface for max intensity. they are very close but i havent seen any detrimental effects as the zoos are more on the periphery rather than directly beneath the lights.

i have a lot of lps in there too now...so much for a zoo tank!

i have an 8 head frogspawn, a healing echino, 3 scoly's, a steve tyree limited unknown deep water who-knows-what (even he cant classify it) and about 20 or so ricordea's...but mostly zoo's...i think...

oh yeah...2 sps large frags, a mini blasto colony, a lg orange crush acan frag, a true rose anemone, a neon green haddoni and a gold teardrop maxima...so much for a zoo tank!
